Lao Cuisine is influenced by several southeast Asian and European countries, but its traditional dishes and flavors have a unique and savory flavor and texture all their own. At MandaLao’s restaurant we feature traditional dishes made with fresh produce bought locally. As visitors to Lao, you can delight in these century-old culinary treasures – and those with a more modern twist – and immerse yourselves in what is truly ethnic Lao gastronomy.  Morning tours include lunch, while afternoon tours include a light snack.  Our Sunset Tour includes dinner.  Our amazing team can accommodate any dietary request – please let us know!
